SETHLANS EXPEDITIONS, like the Sethlans model from which it derives, is designed to tackle a wide range of situations, serving both as a work knife, a backup blade, and an EDC. Developed in collaboration with Daniele Dal Canto*, the SETHLANS EXPEDITIONS is built to meet the needs of knife owners in demanding situations and environments.

BLADE: The SETHLANS EXPEDITIONS has a blade made from Böhler N690 steel, heat-treated to 58 HRC, ensuring exceptional hardness and edge retention. The blade undergoes a MIL-C-13924 browning and stone-washed surface treatment, resulting in a rugged Dark Stone finish. Designed with varied thickness, the blade enhances cutting capabilities, making it versatile for various tasks. Full tang. Has a deep choil so your hand doesn't slip onto the blade. Even with the scales removed, the naked blade still offers a good grip, ensuring functionality in its stripped-down form.

HANDLE: The SETHLANS EXPEDITIONS features desert-colored G10 scales with the ergonomic design characteristic of Extrema Ratio handles. These scales are easily removed to expose the skeleton structure of the knife, providing maximum lightness and minimal thickness. For those who enjoy customization, the full-tang allows the naked handle to be wrapped in paracord cord, offering additional versatility and grip options.

SHEATH: Nylon and Kydex with accessories attached. This sheath can be disassembled into separate sections. Blade retention is excellent. Belt carry as well as MOLLE compatible. It is also equipped with a mini pouch which contains a paracord with a flammable filament for emergency use and a firesteel for lighting fires.
