ABOUT THE FERRUM RESCUE: The FERRUM RESCUE is a tool designed for multi-rescue operations, developed in collaboration with Andrea Micheli, a military and law enforcement expert, journalist, and shooting instructor. This rescue tool is equipped with three blades, each with a specific function, and is crafted with a very compact handle. The blades are under 4 inches so it is accepted in many areas having blade length restrictions. The blades use a flipper-assisted opening system, rotating on ball bearings for fluid and reliable movement. This mechanism enables quick and easy one-handed opening.

BLADES:

1. Main Blade: The first and main blade is 3 millimeters thick, designed for demanding purposes and to protect the cutting edge of the other two blades from premature wear. It features teeth for cutting larger ropes or textile materials, while the smooth part functions as a classic knife.

2. Scalpel Blade: The second blade is a scalpel, used for extremely precise cuts and emergency first aid interventions.

3. Line Cutter Blade: The third blade, located on the back of the main blade, is the smallest and functions as a line cutter, capable of cutting paracord and aramidic material. The main blade's interaction with the scalpel allows for quick emergency cuts to free injured persons. Both the scalpel and line-cutting blades are interchangeable. [Allen wrench included.]

HANDLE: The FERRUM RESCUE handle features a thin and compact design. The two anodized anticorodal aluminum scales create a light, slender, yet highly resistant handle. It can be stored in a pocket, small holster for a flashlight, or a single loop of the MOLLE system. The handle also includes a hard metal glass breaker on the back. It has a reversible clip. It is red to make it easy to spot if dropped.

LOCK: The locking system is the proven liner lock.
