The ADRA is an exceptional dagger that  is imbued with traditions dating back to World War II. A special dagger that is being carried today in an updated form into new territory. Extrema Ratio has taken a classic dagger and recreated it using modern materials. Extrema Ratio crafted the ADRA so that it retains its original European dagger shape. The ADRA is an extraordinary example of Extrema Ratio's Italian craftsmanship. Makes a great addition to a knife collection and is also great in the field. Well balanced. Sharp. Strong.

BLADE: Sleek double-edged burnished blade gradually tapering down to a spear point. Has a serration section near the handle which gives this dagger additional capabilities. ADRA has a strong, well-shaped dagger blade ending with a double guard. Crafted with an Austrian steel widely recognized as being an excellent steel for holding an edge and being corrosion resistant.

HANDLE: This knife has a generous handle which is over four and a half inches long. The ADRA's handle is removable to enable a thorough cleaning, and oiling of the blade. There is a hardened pommel on the end as well as a lanyard hole. An anti-slip treatment has been applied to the handle; it has been textured to give you additional gripping power. This texture assures that you have a good grip even with wet hands or gloved hands. A substantial double guard protects your hand and provides additional lanyard holes.

SHEATH: The ADRA has a double sheath. The outer soft sheath is made of strong and durable nylon cordura. It has a removable flap that folds over the handle to protect it. There are attached straps that allow you to strap the sheath to your leg which gives it great stability. The hard inner ADRA sheath is made of nylon reinforced with fiberglass. This material is similar to, and evolved from, ABS. The nylon composition sheath is more durable than an ABS sheath.

* The blade is made with N690 cobalt stainless steel; a high performance steel with excellent cutting and sharpening characteristics. This steel is also used in the butchering industry and to make surgical instruments.
