PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, with some exceptions, we are no longer filling orders that are billed to one address and shipped to another. This does not apply to overseas Military Personnel or longtime customers. We are sorry but we cannot send the package to the shipping address. We can fill the order if we send it to the billing address. 
Concerning Military Personnel: both the shipping and bill to addresses should have the same person's name. With some exceptions, we do not fill orders when the shipping name and the billing name are different. 
For USA PayPal orders, we do not fill the order if the following is noted: Shipping Address: Unconfirmed.
When an order is paid with a check, there will be a shipping delay of ten days due to bank's policy.
INSURED PACKAGES GOING TO A USA NON-MILITARY ADDRESS MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY UNLESS YOU REQUEST "NO SIGNATURE".  All shipments to an apartment, suite, etc. may be sent with a signature required. You can request “no signature”, however, Xtreme Knives will not be held responsible for any package that is lost, or stolen after delivery. We will not replace the missing item(s) nor refund your payment.

UNSUCCESSFUL PACKAGE DELIVERY: In the event the delivery service is unable to deliver a package for various reasons, it will be returned to us. When an unopened package is returned to us, we will refund the payment less our shipping charge. Plus a 5% restocking fee will be charged. The refund will be made according to how the original payment was made.
